Using our store
These terms apply to purchases and use of the Gytonique store. Contact us if you need clarification before placing an order.
Products and prices
Prices are displayed in USD. Each product page identifies the contents, selected color options, materials and dimensions. Dimensions refer to dry sponges. Screen settings and lighting can affect the appearance of colors. The cart and checkout show the applicable item prices, shipping, tax and total.
Payment authorization
When you submit a payment through an available payment service, you authorize the charge for the total shown at checkout using the payment method you provide. You must be authorized to use that payment method.
Order acceptance
Submitting a purchase request does not by itself establish that payment has succeeded or that an order has been accepted. Any payment and order confirmation must reflect the actual result of the transaction. Contact us if you are unsure about a purchase status.
Shipping
We offer free standard shipping to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. Handling is 1–2 business days and transit after dispatch is estimated at 3–4 business days. Our Shipping Policy explains the fixed CST cutoff and business-day calculation.
Returns and refunds
Our Return & Refund Policy explains the 30-day request window, item conditions, responsibility for return postage, and refunds within 10 calendar days after approval.
