Where we deliver
We deliver to the 50 United States and Washington, DC. We do not currently deliver to U.S. territories or APO/FPO addresses.
Shipping cost
All orders receive free standard shipping. There is one shipping method; no minimum purchase is required.
Handling and transit
Order handling takes 1–2 business days. After dispatch, transit is estimated at 3–4 business days. The estimated total delivery time is 4–6 business days, calculated from the applicable processing start date. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.
Order cutoff and business days
Our daily cutoff is 07:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST), GMT−06:00, fixed year-round without daylight saving changes. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed before the cutoff on a business day count that day as processing day one. Orders placed at or after the cutoff, on weekends or on excluded holidays begin processing on the next business day.
